The fire safety and personal assistance unit uses every means at its disposal both material and human to prevent incidents involving fire (maintenance of fire safety equipment, employee awareness training in fire risk…) and to intervene when it becomes necessary.
This unit comprises three kinds of agents :
High rise buildings and Establishments open to the public require a specific approach, defined by the terms of the law of the 2nd May 2005 : this ruling requires the permanent presence of a qualified fire officer.

Our partner SCUTUM has two telesurveillance certified (APSAD P3 and ISO 2001 V2008) centres in Rouen and Toulouse. Their knowledge acquired over years allows them to provide the very best telesurveillance. Scutum develops it own computer facilities. This expertise gives us the ability to suggest specific adaptations that are both fast and flexible.

PREVENTION AND INTERVENTION THANKS TO OUR MOBILE INTERVENTION UNITS
Charged with being present using static controls and surveillance, our patrols and dog handlers are trained and equipped in the latest intervention techniques in our approved centres. Qualified and experienced staff provide training programmes that can be adapted to your specific requirements.
Whether it’s a question of preventing a crisis, an intervention on site or security maintenance; our agents are always linked by radio or PTI, to our control centres 24h/7.

From breeding to dog security training, we can suggest complete proposals for training and practical working of dog handling agents. We have installations made specifically for their activity, with training rooms equipped with educational and instructional materials and with a training ring with everything needed for dressage, as well as an assault course.
Our instructors have diplomas and are recognized by their peers. Enthusiastic, they enjoy high level dog sports. One of them took part in the Selective du Ring 2018, at the Championship of France Mondioring 2019 and will represent France at the next World Cup Mondioring in Belgium.

This obligation also brings with it the need to pass an annual dog-handler evaluation test, carried out under the direction and control of a specialist and bringing together the conditions required by the rule book established by the professional training branch at the CQP cynotechnique. »

CSPI makes available to you and your unit private protection agents either feminine or masculine, bilingual French/English. Discrete and effective, their interventions are wholly in line with the law. Our trained and experienced bodyguards possess notably the capacity to manage stress situations. Their protection methods are based on those of the official French state officers whose reputation for effectiveness is second to none.
